Fill Out The Bargaining Survey!

After we win our union election on November 20th we will be making an immediate demand to Baumann to start the bargaining for our first contract. We intend to push this bargaining process in a serious and thoughtful manner. In order to be ready to start the process we need to hear from EVERY employee about what you'd like to see improved. This will be our union and our contract—we set the priorities and we need to hear from you! We ask that you complete a bargaining survey and send it back to Local 1205 or give it to an organizing committee member or an organizer. You should have also received this in the mail. Also available are the Spanish or Creole versions of this survey.

We need to hear from ALL of our co-workers at Baumann, Acme, Brookset and Alert about your concerns and priorities for bargaining so we can make the positive changes that we all need!
