Just joined this forum. It sounds like everything else about FS I have read, either here or another site.

I have seen and heard from many drivers that they don't have a problem with management. I would say to them, "someday, it will come" and it usually has. Some drivers mobile in the am, do their run, clear, mobile in the pm, do their run and clear, don't go in the yard to hear the bull shit, get their pay stub and throw it away never knowing if they got the correct amount, just doing their thing and that's all. UNTIL.........as we have had one driver like this doing a summer run and became very upset when she went around a horse and buggy, cautiously, and the horse spooked and tipped the family in the ditch. The driver was very upset with what she witnesses and called in the incident and gave the details. Nothing else was said to the driver from the office. No call to the driver to see how she was or how upset she was! Most of us know if we witness something shocking, it takes a toll out of your day. But this driver was very disappointed with the office that they couldn't even ask how she was. This is a driver that went about her job with no issues for years. Her attitude towards the office has now changed. She came to me about it and was totally annoyed that the office could be like that. I told her, "that someday came".
