School bus drivers, monitors, mechanics and maintenance employees who work at the Baumann Bus Companies on Long Island, New York, have voted to ratify their first Teamster agreement. The workers voted overwhelmingly in November to join Farmingdale, New York-based Teamsters Local 1205, seeking improved wages, benefits, fairness and respect from their employer.
