Around the country, school bus workers are joining together and working to make real improvements in our jobs and our lives.
We are standing up for good jobs and safe, reliable school bus services in our communities. We are making sure we have a voice at work, we are bargaining as equals with our employers, and we are working to ensure that we are all treated fairly and with respect.
School Bus Workers United is being conducted by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. The Teamsters represent more than 38,000 school bus workers in the private and public sectors. We are tapping our real-world knowledge of the issues and concerns that we face in the workplace, as well as our international experience in making changes for the better.
We are building the strength to raise standards across the school bus industry.
