WE STOOD STRONG AGAINST THE STORM AND WON YOU CAN TOO!!!
I am a driver from Spring Grove, I would like to let all the drivers from East York and Central know how proud we are of you!! It takes real courage to stand up and be counted. One of the biggest hurdles you have already cleared, standing up and putting yourselves out in front for your beliefs. I hear that some of your co-workers have been giving you a hard time. Please remember that you can take the high road and show them how a union can be RESPECTFUL TO ALL no matter their choice! We had our fair share of nay sayers, but in the end our voice was heard and yours will be too!! We will be coming to support you and anwers any questions you might have. So see you all at your picnics and YOUR VOTING DAY!!! GOOD LUCK FROM SPRING GROVE DRIVERS

Thanks guys. Coming to
Thanks guys. Coming to Durham from F & S was quite a switch. I was pleased to be here. I met alot of great people this year.
The union issue has caused quite a mess on our Central lot. A pastor told me once that, "Oppurtunity doesn't promote character- it only reveals it." Over the last several weeks I have seen and heard a lot of mean, poor, hurtful, lying and selfish behavior. I think the union would allow us to take something good and make it great. Yes, we expect better pay and insurance, but WE will also be giving ourselves a voice. A voice in policy, a voice in procedure. Protection from getting fired if the child check sign falls down. In the midst of rumors and malicous talk, I still believe in the benefits of a union. If nothing else, the current behavior of drivers and staff on our lot show the need for one.
