I have witnessed the Teamsters try to unionized the First Student Pasadena, CA yard for a year now. I have seen this division make massive changes to the detriment of it's drivers since the union has been voted in.

I have seen a petition to decertify being passed around, because of the ignorance, apathy and rumors that have surfaced. It is time to clear the air. It is time to change how the Teamsters organize, expecially with some very dense minded people that might not deserve the union after all.

I HAVE SEEN THE ORGANIZERS DISSAPEAR, I HAVE CONTACT WITH THEM LESS AND LESS, DOWN TO NOTHING NOW. THE ATMOSPHERE IS DEPRESSING, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SUPPORT FOR A STRIKE AND THATS WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO GET THE COMPANY TO ROLL OVER FOR THE DRIVERS.

WHAT WE NEED IS A NATIONAL CAMPAIGN DVD AND INFORMATION PACKET THAT WILL DO THE TALKING FOR US. IT WILL GIVE PEOPLE THAT HAVE NEVER HAD A UNION SOMETHING IN WRITING S TO WHAT THE TEAMSTERS CAN DO FOR YOU.

I'm glad this website exists, it is a step in the right direction and the Teamsters need to have a powerful online presence especially for campaign such as this one.

I have spent my own time and money researching and distributing Teamsters articles from various sources on print and now dvd.

I find it helpful to see employees on video. It gives the movement additional credence.

WHAT WE NEED IS FOR THE TEAMSTERS TO PUT OUT A NATIONWIDE DVD FOR THIS CAMPAIGN. MOST PEOPLE CAN WATCH THIS DVD AT HOME AND DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES IF THE UNION IS RIGHT FOR THEM.

SO PLEASE....MAKE IT EASIER FOR FOOT SOLDIERS LIKE MYSELF TO PASS ALONG THE GOOD WORD BY PROVIDING NATIONWIDE MATERIALS SO I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND MY OWN MONEY. THANK YOU.
