They just never cease to amaze me.  They work so hard to get rid of people instead of working hard to keep good working people driving school buses. 

For some reason I think they feel that school bus drivers are a dime a dozen.  People are just breaking down the doors to get in. 

I think somewhere corporate office or maybe across the pond they should realize that we are not transit drivers here.  We carry America's future and we do it well.  They keep shoving down our throats that it's not a full time job it's part time.  I ask what man it their right frame of mind would use this job to support their family.  Although we are part time, we need to be available full time in case their is an emergency and they need to get the children out of school early.  I say that's on call.
