First Student school bus drivers and monitors in Elizabethtown, Pa., have voted to join Teamsters Local 771 with a 68-40 vote. There are 125 workers in the bargaining unit.
I believe taking into consideration the present condition of things, this was the right thing to do. I watched a couple of interviews with Teamsters Local members at video SE and must say was impressed by the high professionality of these people. Time will show what will come of it, but for the presetn-well done!
