We ALL have Rights and Freedoms granted and guaranteed to us as American citizens by the US Constitution and, as American workers under the National Labor Relations Act.
Those rights and freedoms include:
The right to vote.
The right to organize.
The right to form, join and assist labor organizations.
The right to have a fair and decent contract through collective bargaining.
The right to safe, healthy and fair working conditions.
Freedom of speech.
Freedom to assemble.
Freedom of expression.
And most of all...FREEDOM OF CHOICE!

But more and more we, the hard working men and women of the American labor force are having OUR RIGHTS and OUR FREEDOMS slowly taken away not only by the Federal Government but, by corporate America as well.
Companies like First Student and Durham have repeatedly shown their blatant disregard of the LAWS that were adopted to protect US, the American worker. Companies like these and many others are more interested in their profits than the lives and futures of the hard working men and women that they employ. When will it end??

It will end when WE, the hard working men and women of the American workforce take a stand and tell corporate America: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!”
We will NOT have OUR RIGHTS and OUR FREEDOMS taken away!
We will NOT have ANYTHING FORCED upon us!
We WILL be treated fairly!
We WILL be treated with RESPECT!
We WILL FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS!
OUR VOICES WILL BE HEARD!!!
Millions of hard working men and women have fought long and hard over the years to preserve and protect these rights and freedoms! Now it is OUR turn to continue the fight!!!
I am taking MY stand and fighting for MY RIGHTS!!!
