Good morning.
Right now work is very difficult for mechanics in our area. Repairing buses has not been easy. Safety is not the top priority right now. "Do whatever it takes to get the job done" maybe the best way to explain what is happening. Duck tape and velcro.
I would like to have some input from mechanics that have either joined the union or not. I am looking for input, to share with people in this area, that are in the same situation as they are now. Anthing you can offer would be appreciated.
