Working Together to Drive Up Standards

We are a national organization of school bus drivers, attendants/monitors and mechanics working to Drive Up Standards in the school bus industry.

We take our job of transporting children seriously and have a deep commitment to working together.

We believe in:

  • Respect.
  • A voice in the workplace.
  • Quality safety and work standards.

And therefore, more than 7,000 of us have joined the Teamsters Union to help us Drive Up Standards for all School Bus and Transit Workers.

“I was happy and relieved to hear the news that we won our election. We definitely need a union to represent us—and with the Teamsters leaders and all of us working together—we really put our best foot forward. It was definitely in our favor.”
